About the Role
We are looking for someone who understands the German market, can build strong relationships with high-potential tech companies, and help them use our product effectively while reducing churn and spotting growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
As an Onboarding Account Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor for German businesses, helping them optimize their digital advertising campaigns. Your role will have a direct impact on their success, as you work towards sales targets while contributing to the expansion of the client's customer base across EMEA.
* Guide newly onboarded clients through the setup process and creating effective PPC campaigns for their digital marketing needs.
* Engage with clients via phone, video calls, and email, building long-term partnerships Identify each customers goals and offer solutions tailored to their business needs.
* Build strategic, performance-focused campaigns aimed at delivering quick results and long-term success.
* Drive revenue by encouraging increased ad spend and upselling campaign options.
* Keep customer records accurate and up to date within the database.
* Manage a high volume of daily outreach to potential clients via phone.
Requirements
* BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications is a plus).
* Fluent German (C2) proficiency in both German and English.
* At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally in client-facing roles with high responsibility.
* Proven ability to work independently and consistently deliver strong results.
* Hands-on experience managing client relationships and optimizing CRM processes.
* Comfortable using AI tools in daily work and applying insights to customize communication.
* Passion for marketing, technology, and digital advertising
