Senior Manager - Integrated Talent Management (ITM) - Spain

We are looking for a Sr Manager - Integrated Talent Management (ITM) - Spain, who will lead ITM strategy and initiatives to ensure sustainable talent acquisition, talent development and future talent bench for the country.


Key Accountabilities


Talent Strategy and Workforce Planning

* Facilitate strategic workforce planning to ensure the organization is prepared for the future.
* Identify and deploy Buy, Build, Borrow, Bot initiatives.
* Provide ITM consulting support to Business Partners to design and evolve a holistic approach to developing the skills, knowledge, experience and behaviors required to deliver the Function strategy.
* Collaborate with GTAD team to develop a sustainable talent attraction plan to build diverse pipelines for future needs and provide quarterly recruitment forecast to GTAD.
* Design and deployment of talent attraction and talent development programs to build a sustainable pipeline of talent.


Talent, Performance Management and Development

* Together with P&C Managers, support business leaders in identifying diverse talents, planning and executing their individual development, building succession plans for critical roles in the country.
* Drive performance culture enabling managers and employees to set expectations and goals, give and receive feedback and discuss professional development needs and career aspirations.
* Deploy leadership development programs to ensure current and emerging leaders have the skills to drive the culture, effectively lead, engage and develop their teams.
* Design and deploy the local learning offer to support the development of capabilities in line with business goals, building initiatives that foster a culture of growth.


Education and Qualifications

Possible degrees include business management / administration or HR management would be desirable.


P&C Key Capabilities

* Data driven, business focused, and experienced lead.
* Strategic Workforce Planning.
* Expert understanding of core P&C areas of intervention (talent management, learning and leadership development, talent acquisition and performance management).
