Summary of Position
As part of the launch of a new molecular imaging drug for prostate cancer (PSMA PET), we are seeking a passionate, customer-focused, and project-oriented Regional Market Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be capable of promoting innovation to healthcare professionals and developing structured partnerships within care pathways by strengthening collaboration between nuclear medicine and key specialists (urologists, oncologists, radiotherapists).
Essential Functions
Territorial Analysis and Mapping
1. Conduct local and regional mapping of practices, barriers, and needs among key referents regarding the use of PSMA PET.
2. Identify key stakeholders (urologists, radiotherapists, nuclear medicine centres, care networks, etc.) and existing patient pathways.
3. Understand the territorial organisation of oncology–urology care services.
4. Qualify healthcare professionals and track their engagement within care pathways.
5. Identify existing PSMA PET prescription flows and opportunities to create new links between regional stakeholders.
Development and Deployment of the Regional Strategy / Territory Management
6. Develop a regional-level action plan aligned with the national strategy and regional specificities, including prioritisation and ROI indicators.
7. Ensure the operational deployment of this plan:
8. Facilitate connections between urologists, radiotherapists, and nuclear medicine centres.
9. Organise professional meetings and regional events (staff meetings, roundtables, symposiums) under the Curium brand.
10. Participate in regional and national scientific events.
11. Implement ad hoc projects aligned with national strategy.
Promotional Information & Appropriate Use
12. Serve as a regional reference for the appropriate use of molecular imaging in oncology–urology.
13. Present and promote an innovative diagnostic drug to healthcare professionals in alignment with communication strategy and ethical guidelines.
14. Identify specific healthcare professional needs and provide tailored information in accordance with the marketing authorisation (MA).
15. Identify and report pharmacovigilance cases, misuse, or special situations within 24 hours, following internal procedures.
Development of Strategic Partnerships – Care Pathways
16. Identify gaps or bottlenecks in diagnostic pathways and propose territory-specific solutions.
17. Build, lead, and evaluate partnerships with healthcare institutions (defining KPIs, governance, contractualisation, budget, etc.).
18. Mobilise internal stakeholders (medical, market access, regulatory, legal, etc.) to ensure compliant and high-quality implementation.
Representation & Collaboration
19. Represent Curium at validated regional and national congresses.
