Our goal is to drive category development by generating new users. We need to influence ECPs and owners to be more proactive about contact lenses, offering them and understanding their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities.
* Influence customers to adopt a proactive mindset about contact lenses.
* Understand the unique needs of different channels, buying groups, and chains.
* Develop the contact lens category using tools like customer journey mapping, POS optimization, and training programs.
* Execute JBP plans for each Key Account Area (KAA).
* Build the Misight category by educating ECPs on improving children's lives.
* Coverage planning based on customer segmentation and sales processes.
* Negotiate price increases when necessary.
* Develop strong relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, and sales staff.
* Represent CooperVision in a positive light.
* Maintain knowledge of products, CooperVision programs, and competitors.
* Attend industry events and congresses as needed.
