Role: KAM - Marketing Automation

Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager with strong functional and operational understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaign operations, Veeva CRM workflows, and the end-to-end Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) asset lifecycle within a pharma / life sciences environment.
This role focuses on managing delivery, operational governance, and compliance across campaign operations and CLM programs rather than hands-on technical configuration.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Operations – SFMC
· Manage complete campaign intake and briefing process with marketing stakeholders.
· Validate scope, segmentation requirements, and dependencies before campaign build.
· Coordinate with data, content, and deployment teams to ensure timely execution.
· Oversee QA cycles, proof approvals, and deployment readiness checks.
· Ensure alignment to campaign calendars and SLA commitments.
· Track campaign performance reporting and ensure insights are shared with business teams.
· Identify process improvement opportunities within campaign operations workflow.
Veeva CRM Operations
· Manage CRM-related operational initiatives impacting field users.
· Coordinate updates to customer data, territory alignment, and targeting inputs (as applicable).
· Oversee CRM enhancement requests and ensure proper documentation and prioritization.
· Align with sales operations to ensure readiness before new deployments.
· Monitor CRM adoption metrics and escalate operational challenges.
· Act as liaison between business users and technical teams for requirement clarification.
CLM Asset Lifecycle Management
· Manage end-to-end CLM asset lifecycle: intake → content development → MLR review → approval → deployment → tracking.
· Coordinate agency partners and internal teams for timely content creation.
· Track MLR submissions, feedback cycles, and approval timelines.
· Ensure proper version control and archival of approved materials.
· Coordinate field force rollout planning and deployment scheduling.
· Monitor asset engagement data and support business performance reviews.
· Ensure all documentation supports audit and compliance requirements.
Project Governance & Stakeholder Management
· Develop project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking.
· Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
· Provide structured weekly status reporting and executive updates.
· Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR), IT, and Sales Operations.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational workflows.
