How You’ll Make An Impact
* Lead process improvement and coordinate production management activities on the shop floor.
* Implement Lean and 5S methodologies, actively involving workshop staff in developing improvements.
* Coordinate factory projects, including new equipment installations and layout changes.
* Analyze methods and times to optimize production processes.
* Use your project management skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
* Technical or higher engineering degree, preferably in mechanical or industrial organization.
* Proven ability in technical office and continuous improvement, ideally in the automotive or metal-mechanical sector.
* Proficiency in CAD design tools.
* Advanced Excel and project management tool skills.
* Ability to manage projects and work independently.
