We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to join our team as Route-To- Market Insights Manager. Reporting to our Route to Market Director, you will be responsible for Leading the generation of insights aimed at capturing growth opportunities and supporting strategic decision-making, based on the behavior of trade and consumer, leveraging the integration of modern technologies into existing business practices. - Identify Route To Market opportunities to grow the business by analyzing data and speed up insight´s generation - Work with commercial stakeholders to gather relevant input from Business performance and Sales team performance (insights incubator) - Facilitate and monitor insights generation process - Define insights use case strategy - Coordinate insights process & use case delivery - Coordinate use case implementation through Learn, Build and Scale - Lead and develop a team of digital data experts, fostering a culture of data innovation and collaboration - Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports with local teams to present findings to support strategic decision making and commercial execution. Candidate Requirements - Minimum of a degree in Marketing, Business, Data or strategy. - Minimum 5 years work experience in business, marketing or trade and Route to Market - Experience in trade, insights incubation and data modelling will be considered - Ability to analyze and interpret data & open-minded to new technologies. - Strategic thinking and team playing skills. - The role requires a high level of English to interact with local stakeholders.
