Job Summary
Supports project manager by collecting data, preparing reports, and monitoring project schedules and deliverables. Also, supports in definition of requirements, system configuration, conducting testing and training activities.
Key Accountabilities
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Assisting in collecting, cleaning, and visualizing data to generate insights for project performance, including creating reports and presentations in Excel/PowerPoint.
* Project Coordination: Supporting daily project tasks, maintaining documentation, and updating project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Collaboration: Working with technical and business teams, aiding in stakeholder communication, traning sessions and preparing for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Functional Requirements Support: Assist in gathering and documenting business needs to translate them into clear functional requirements for the development or technical teams.
* System Configuration: Support the setup and fine-tuning of system parameters, tools, or software modules according to project specifications and business rules.
Networking/Key relationships
* Project Manager & Team Leads: regular reporting on project status, risks, and milestones to ensure alignment with the overall roadmap.
* Users & Internal Clients: Collaborating to gather business needs, helping define functional requirements, and facilitating communication during the project lifecycle.
* Technical & Development Teams: acting as a bridge to translate business requirements into technical tasks and assisting in system configuration troubleshooting.
* External Vendors (when applicable): coordinating with third-party providers for software setup, updates, or technical support.
Minimum Knowledge required for the position:
* Current Postgraduate or Higher Vocational Student
* Undergraduate or Vocational Training Students, college courses in accounting, finance or systems engineering
* Basic knowledge in accounting principles and administrative processes will a plus
* Basic Microsoft Office user, specifically Excel
* Languages: Spanish and English
