We work with mid-sized and large companies that have complex sales structures and teams with a high business impact. Now, we want to expand our sales team to keep growing even faster.
Your Mission
As a Marketing Manager, you will focus on understanding the product, the problem it solves, and how to communicate its value effectively. You’ll bridge product, sales, and marketing, owning our product positioning, messaging, and customer engagement strategies. This is a hands-on, high-impact role perfect for someone excited to shape the story and drive adoption for a platform transforming B2B compensation.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and refine product messaging and positioning that clearly differentiates us in a competitive market. Focus on translating complex product features into compelling benefits for our target audience.
* Create assets that support the sales and customer success process at all stages (top, mid, and conversion funnels).
* Deeply understand our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), use cases, and market trends; deliver market and competitive insights to guide product and sales teams. Specifically, focus on understanding the needs of Chief Revenue Officers (CROs) and RevOps professionals.
* Champion customer-centric storytelling via case studies, webinars, whitepapers, email campaigns, and events.
* Analyze customer engagement, adoption, and campaign effectiveness with a data-driven approach; recommend strategies for growth and retention.
* Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure feedback from the field influences our roadmap and communications.
* Actively participate in sales conversations to analyze customer perceptions and propose improvements to the messages and materials we use and create.
Is This You?
* 3+ years’ experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles for B2B SaaS.
* Proven track record designing and executing successful GTM strategies and product launches.
* Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
* Analytical, creative thinker with a passion for customer advocacy and market trends.
* Experience working closely with sales and product teams to enable commercial success.
* Fluent Spanish and professional English (B2+); familiarity with tech/SaaS terminology.
* Bonus points if you have experience in compensation for sales.
