The role We are looking for a
Senior Business Development Lead – Industrial Solutions
to drive growth in industrial markets.This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can generate opportunities, lead complex sales processes, and convert pilots into real revenue.
What you will do
Lead business development across industrial sectors:energyinfrastructurelogisticslarge corporate environmentsBuild and manage a strong commercial pipelineOwn the full sales cycle:prospectingqualificationdiscoveryproposalnegotiationclosingConvert pilots into:long-term contractsrecurring revenue (SaaS / SPAI)Work closely with product and delivery teams to align solutions with market needsHelp structure offers, pricing, and go-to-market approachBuild relationships with senior decision-makers
What we are looking for
10+ years of experience in complex B2B salesProven track record of closing dealsExperience selling:technologySaaSdata or analytics solutionsStrong commercial judgment and autonomyAbility to navigate long sales cycles and complex stakeholdersComfortable in fast-moving, evolving environments
Nice to have
Experience in energy, infrastructure, climate, or ESG sectorsExperience in startups or scale-upsExperience converting pilots into recurring business
