Job Summary

Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders to create the structure for automated programs and multichannel integrated campaigns.
* You will be work closely with our global product management and demand generation teams
* you will contribute to developing and refining Ingersoll Rand's digital marketing strategy by identifying areas of improvement and implementing projects independently, and leveraging your skills and experience to determine 'best practices', along with managing & executing multiple technical projects within the automation system to deliver the marketing strategy.
Basic Qualifications
* Strong communication skills, fluent written & spoken English required, ability to work in a global environment.
* Capable of managing multiple project simultaneously
* Able to efficiently manage stakeholders with competing priorities
* Up to date with current and emerging digital marketing trends
* Analytical Skills
* A valid work permit is required for applicants who are not EU Citizens
Key Competencies
* 3+ years experience working in Oracle Eloqua. Proven success building programs, setting up integrations.
* 2+ year Project management experience - incl. establishing and maintaining processes in Lean or Agile methodology
* Advanced technical skills, e.g. HTML, JavaScript
* An associate's degree (or international equivalent) in Marketing + at least 4 years of experience working in a similar role
* Experience in strategy creation and leadership
