Experteer Overview In this role you will help drive a business transformation for Santander Alternative Investments from Madrid, delivering upgraded policies, systems, and governance. You will oversee planning, reporting, and fund setup while coordinating with finance, operations, ESG and investment teams. You’ll work on new funds and inorganic initiatives as the business scales. - Lead a program of business change to upgrade policies, systems, and governance
- Author procedures for key processes
- Oversee business planning and reporting
- Prepare annual plans for infrastructure and climate VC teams and provide periodic updates on deployment, P&L, and run rate
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and ESG for reporting to clients
- Ensure timely client reporting and align with investment teams to meet timelines
- Assist with setup of new funds and coordinate with teams
- Support inorganic growth initiativesResponsabilidades
- 5–10 years of experience in a business management role within an alternative asset manager
- Experience representing investment teams to deliver clear business reporting
- Ability to liaise with operations and act as interface between first and second line functions
- Uncompromising integrity and knowledge of compliance environments
- Ability to manage expenses and fund attribution and establish related processes
- Deep understanding of ESG issues and integration into investment, monitoring, and reporting
- Experience working across first and second line functions (valuation, risk, compliance)
