About the Role - We are seeking bilingual candidates (English and Spanish speakers) to work for a top social media company.
Responsibilities
* Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support for a popular social media platform.
* Manage case volumes across email and chat channels.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality and providing regular updates throughout the case journey.
* Adhere to service level agreements across channels and achieve optimal productivity and resolution times.
* Collaborate with technical specialists to educate advertisers about product features and resolve common issues.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Additional language skills are a plus.
* 2-5 years of experience in digital advertising or technical customer support/operations.
* Experience in a contact center or service program within an advertising technology company is preferred.
* Support experience with social media products and basic digital marketing knowledge is desirable.
