Role & Positioning Acts as a strategic partner and right hand to the Director of Commercial Training Works cross-functionally with Product Management (GPMs), regional sales teams, Marketing and Instructional Design This is not a Sales Trainer role – no coaching or training delivery responsibilities Operates at both a strategic level (frameworks, vision, KPIs) and in hands-on, time-sensitive execution Key Responsibilities Support the design and execution of the global sales training and enablement strategy Co-develop training curricula and content with key stakeholders (Product Managers, regional teams, etc.) Drive and coordinate training activities related to product launches Implement and continuously improve training processes (from needs analysis to post-training follow-up) Define and track training performance KPIs Manage training-related projects through influence and cross-functional coordination Review and update existing content in line with product and market evolution Requisitos Profile Requirements Experience in sales enablement, training strategy or commercial project management in a global/matrix environment Solid scientific background or strong affinity with technical/scientific products Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure, prioritize and work autonomously Fluent in English, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable working with KPIs, data tracking and collaboration tools
