About the Company:

Offers mobile camera systems that are deployed to easily and optimally observe construction sites, waste sites and remote areas. With the systems, called Unit For Observation (UFO), we are pioneers in the European market. Its own monitoring center, to the property Alarm Center. In this certified alarm center all reports from the connected systems are analyzed and processed. The systems are designed, assembled, and maintained by the Kooi head office in Drachten, Netherlands. We also have offices in Denmark, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Italy and Sweden. In Spain we have a team of 5 sales managers and 2 project managers.

Are you ready to take on the challenge and grow with us?

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Manager who thrives on hunting down opportunities and closing deals. You’ll be working independently in Barcelona, taking the lead in building our market presence, and growing our client base.

Your role:

As our Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of enterprise in Catalonia. You’ll proactively seek out new business, identifying potential clients and presenting them with the value of our surveillance solutions. You know how to turn a 'maybe' into a 'yes' by building strong relationships and offering tailored solutions that meet the client's needs

Your responsibilities will include:

- Hunting for new clients: Actively building relationships with key players in the construction, infrastructure, and rental equipment sectors. - Growing market share: Identifying opportunities and taking strategic steps to expand our footprint across Catalonia. - Customer engagement: Listening to the needs of potential clients, and tailoring your approach to offer them the best solutions. - Networking and relationship-building: Constantly expanding your professional network, becoming a trusted partner for long-term success.

What we’re looking for:

We’re after someone who:

- Has sales experience, preferably in a hunter-type role. - Is passionate about closing deals and thrives on competition. - Has a network in Infrastructure and Construction - Can speak and write fluently in both Spanish and English. - Speaking Catalan is an advantage - Is proactive, independent, and knows how to manage time effectively. - Lives in Barcelona area and is willing to travel to meet clients.
