IT Technology Specialist - IAM (M/F/D) vacancy within Airbus Defence and Space in Spain.

Responsibilities
Evaluate and demonstrate the value of new technologies to support business case development.
Contribute to the definition and update of company guidelines and policies regarding specific technologies or methodologies.
Drive continuous improvement of the learning and technology framework based on the evolving technology landscape.
Provide expert advice on specific technology and methodology topics.
Monitor technological trends and support teams in adopting relevant solutions within the Airbus environment.
Guide and support selection of appropriate technologies and methodologies.
Identify opportunities to enhance enterprise competitiveness through the application of emerging technologies.
Provide recommendations for buy versus build decisions.
Support mitigation planning in case of non‐fulfillment in coordination with the Product Manager.
Qualifications
International mindset with ability to work effectively in a diverse and international environment.
Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
8-10 years of proven experience in IAM technologies, including:
Active Directory – Forests, domains, GPO, DNS, replication, functional levels, FSMO, and Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS).
PKI & Certificate Management .
Privileged Access Management (PAM) .
Multi‐Factor Authentication (MFA) .
Single Sign‐On and Federation technologies (e.g. PingFederate, AD FS, etc.) .
Identity Management tools (IDM), processes and lifecycle management (e.g. Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), User Management processes – Joiner, mover, leaver processes) .
Microsoft technology / Windows Server administration .
Strong understanding of enterprise security principles, including the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP) and alignment of IAM strategies with global security standards.
Experience in IT infrastructure, project management, IT service delivery management (ITIL4, change and incident management for complex cases).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident demeanor, persuasiveness and ability to collaborate effectively with IT management and stakeholders.
Structured, solution‐oriented and goal‐driven working style with strong sense of ownership and integrity.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
