Support MG fleet opportunities and sales in Spain
The Fleet Account Manager will drive market opportunities and sales growth for the B2B channel across Spain. This role acts as a strategic bridge between the OEM and the professional ecosystem, managing relationships with leasing companies, dealer network, and corporate clients to achieve Fleet sales targets and ensure sustainable business development in B2B channel.
Monitor annual/quarterly B2B sales targets with the dealer network.
Acquire new national B2B customers and negotiate framework agreements with large organizations to secure local fleet supply.
Implement and optimize B2B processes, managing the CRM system, sales reporting, and weekly forecasts to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Visit dealers network to promote B2B sales, helping them develop their local business and ensuring the brand's long-term B2B goals are implemented.
Coordinate with Logistics, Marketing, and Aftersales departments to boost sales and ensure timely resolution of customer/fleet issues.
Evolve digital distribution for B2B products and implement new mobility solutions and business models.
Fluid communication with the rest of the Fleet commercial team to generate growth opportunities and improvement actions in the business.
Control and monitoring of the results of the commercial portfolio (volume, margin, debt, competition, etc.) Maintain an updated knowledge of the market identifying new business opportunities and perform an analysis of the practices and prices of the competition to facilitate decision making and adapt to the needs of customers.
Representation of the Company in forums, fairs and events of the sector
Maintenance of commercial relationships with strategic customers in the Fleet segment.
Collaboration with other business segments and other commercial areas to search for synergies.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the Automotive Industry.
English professional level
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a comparable field.
Experience in CRM management and a solid understanding of complex tenders and framework agreements.
Valid Spanish driving license and willingness to travel within the region. xhfqzwm
