As a HSEQ Manager, you will be responsible for establishing the effective HSE system and quality control system. You will play a crucial role in Health Safety compliance and ensure best practice to protect our business, employees and other staff from project site to offices.Key responsibilities:Job Responsibilities:Establish and maintain the company's QEHS monitoring process and rules, and promote the business to improve its own management detailsIdentify and evaluate the QEHS risks of the business, formulate and improve the corresponding monitoring plan, and regularly cover and evaluate the risks of each business through routine auditsThrough risk focus and review, promote the improvement of high-risk businesses, thereby effectively reducing business QEHS risksResponsible for the investigation of major QEHS accidents and explore loopholes in the business's potential risk management process and rulesCoach and cultivate the internal audit capabilities of each business, and improve the monitoring capabilities and monitoring effects of each businessQualification and expertise: Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, safety and engineering related professional background;Work experience: More than 5 years of QEHS work experience, wind farms, energy storage power stations, and engineering sites are preferred;Professional business capabilities: Familiar with national and local safety, environment, occupational health regulations and ISO14001/ISO45001 and other standardsGood communication skills and coordination skillsHave the ability to solve problems independentlyThose who meet the following conditions will be given priority1) National registered safety engineer qualification, international QEHS qualification.2) Work experience in well-known foreign companies and multinational companies
