Experteer Overview As Team Lead for the Cybersecurity Expert Domain in Infrastructure Security, you guide a team of security professionals to protect Siemens’ digital infrastructure. You align coaching, prioritization, and capability building with Siemens’ cybersecurity mission and service needs. You will work with service owners to sharpen expertise in infrastructure security, AI, zero trust, and cloud security, while planning capacity for future demands. You help your team grow technically and in communication, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and decisive daily decision-making.
