BEmpresas: /bSha Wellness Clinicbr/pstrongAbout the role /strong /ppAt SHA, we are looking for a Junior Commercial Planning Revenue Analyst to support our Commercial and Revenue teams during a maternity leave cover, based at our Global Corporate Headquarters in Madrid. /ppThis role is ideal for a junior profile with a strong analytical mindset and interest in Revenue Management, looking to gain hands-on experience in an international, multi-property environment. /ppu*Important detail* This position is to cover maternity leave /u /p pstrongMain Duties Responsibilities /strong /pul lipSupport commercial planning and follow-up of campaigns and promotions. /p /li lip Analyze sales performance, pace and results by channel, market and segment (ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, Pickup, Forecast). /p /li lip Load, review and maintain rates and promotions in CRS and GDS, ensuring accuracy, parity and correct distribution. /p /li lip Manage and monitor hotel connectivity with GDS-SiteMinder platforms and resolve connectivity, availability, and rate parity issues /p /li lip Coordinate with PMS, CRS, RMS, and Channel Manager to ensure accurate rates, availability, and restrictions. /p /li lip Optimize distribution across direct and indirect sales channels. /p /li lip Update Sales Marketing dashboards and recurring reports. /p /li lip Prepare materials for commercial meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items. /p /li lip Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams. /p /li lipHelp keep the commercial offer up to date across trade partner platforms. /p /li /ul pstrongRequirements /strong /pul lip23 years of experience in Revenue Management, distribution or commercial analysis (hospitality experience is a plus). /p /li lip Experience or familiarity with CRS / GDS / Channel Manager. /p /li lip Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; Power BI is a plus. /p /li lip Analytical, detail-oriented and well-organized. /p /li lipFluent English is mandatory. /p /li /ulbr/bRequisitos /b :
