CEO / CCO (Entrepreneurial Operator – Co-founder Potential)
Location: Valencia or The Netherlands (with frequent travel)
About the Role
At YOUNG, we are not building a traditional coworking company.
We are creating a scalable workspace platform that is:
- Lean
- Commercially driven
- Brand-led
- Built by entrepreneurs, not operators
Currently operating in the Netherlands and expanding into Spain (starting with a 6-location cluster in Seville), this role is a hands-on opportunity to build, scale, and own a business within the YOUNG ecosystem.
This is not a management role — it is an operator role with full ownership mindset and a clear path to co-founder potential based on performance and long-term commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive occupancy and revenue growth across all locations
- Build and execute a strong commercial engine (B2B sales, partnerships, communities)
- Lead the launch and stabilization of new locations (Netherlands & Spain)
- Develop a repeatable and scalable expansion playbook
- Ensure each location reaches financial independence quickly
- Structure lean, scalable operations
- Collaborate closely with the holding team (CEO, COO, BD) on strategy and execution

Requirements

- Ability to work lean without reliance on large teams or budgets
- Willingness to travel frequently between locations
- Experience in coworking, hospitality, real estate, or similar sectors is a plus (not required)
