Responsibilities:
- Review and filter user-generated content to maintain community guidelines and safety standards.
Requirements:
* Native Danish speaker with advanced English proficiency.
* Proficient PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM databases.
* Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
* Strong awareness of current cultural, political, and social events.
* Passion for social media platforms.
* Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact center environments is a plus.
* Ability to work from the office and home (within 100km of the office).
* Completion of mandatory studies (ESO or High School) is required; higher qualifications are a plus.
