Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and results‐oriented German‐speaking Google Ads Account Manager to join our hybrid team in Barcelona. In this role you will combine digital marketing expertise with strong client management skills to deliver high‐impact PPC campaigns that help clients achieve their business goals.
You will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of new clients, guiding them through campaign setup, strategy, and optimisation to ensure measurable results. Prior experience in sales or marketing is advantageous, but motivated candidates eager to grow in digital advertising are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities Onboard and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of new clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their digital marketing needs.
Plan, execute and optimise Google Ads campaigns to achieve client objectives.
Conduct outbound calls to promote services, generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Understand client goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions and strategic recommendations.
Design results‐oriented campaigns that deliver immediate impact while ensuring long‐term sustainability.
Drive account growth through upselling and increasing campaign budgets.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.
Maintain an accurate and up‐to‐date client database.
Manage a high volume of client interactions daily, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements Fluent German (C2/native level)
Proficient English (B2 minimum) for internal communication and reporting
Previous experience in sales, marketing or digital advertising is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of Google Ads, PPC and digital marketing best practices
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data‐driven decisions
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously
Self‐motivated, proactive and results‐driven
