As part of our ongoing pursuit of excellence, we will be kicking off a significant Transformation Project to introduce S/4HANA, and as such we have created several positions to support this enterprise project (Project Nexus)
Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to support the transformation of the respective workstream within the organization’s SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation. This role plays a key part in improving S/4HANA’s capabilities and implementing industry standard methodologies to improve, standardize, and align processes across Lonza.
The Logistics Expert SAP plays a critical role in the implementation and optimization of the S4/HANA platform, focusing on I2O related processes. This role involves collaborating with multi-functional teams to craft, develop, and implement robust process solutions that improve data accuracy and business decision-making.
This role provides the chance to contribute to a significant ERP transformation project involving brand new SAP technologies. The role is critical to ensuring that the organization leverages S/4HANA to drive business value and operational efficiency.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Responsible to provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in the I2O stream related to Lonza business model archetypes
2. Responsible to provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in warehouse management
3. Conduct regular meetings in alignment with the Stream Lead. Address issues or concerns raised by local teams.
4. Design and architect future process solutions within the S4/HANA environment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
5. Manage the end-to-end implementation of Stream related modules within S4/HANA, including reporting.
6. Collaborate with data migration teams to ensure accurate and complete data
7. Co-Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for key users / end-users to ensure successful adoption of the S4/HANA solutions
Key requirements:
8. Ideally experience within a CDMO/Pharma organisation
9. Knowledge of associated SAP / EWM / MM systems and technology
10. Familiar and/or open to learn industry best practice processes in relevant area
11. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
12. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
13. Ability to lead process improvement initiatives
14. Change management experience
Travel Requirements:
15. Will require travel depending on project needs: on average 3-5 times for a duration of 2-3 weeks.
