The Opportunity
Location: Barcelona
1 year contract
In the Carolina Herrera HQ department, we are looking for a Graduate Product Manager – Makeup. The graduate will be in charge of assisting the teams on the development of the future product development projects and marketing plans for the brand.
What you'll get to do
* Support Product Managers across all stages of the product development process — from market and data analysis to concept creation for new launches (moodboards, concept research, naming, packaging, and design ideas).
* Assist in innovation development, coordinating the creation of all supporting materials to ensure timely, successful launches in collaboration with internal teams and departments.
* Prepare and design marketing presentations for key business meetings, ensuring high-quality, visually consistent materials that reflect brand identity.
* Craft detailed design briefs for creative partners, overseeing packaging design, artwork execution, renders, and mockup creation.
* Collab`orate with cross-functional teams (Trade, Merchandising, Training, Media, PR, etc.) to ensure seamless operational implementation of marketing initiatives.
* Provide cross-category support for the marketing team through back-office coordination — managing samples for photoshoots, events, and major presentations, as well as overseeing product inventory and orders to ensure full availability.

You are passionate & creative candidate, with strong communication skills, both in Spanish and English. You have a special sensibility and taste, mixed with strong organizational skills. You have this sensitivity to Fashion and beauty industry, and you are someone flexible and reactive.
* Graduate contract: you cannot have more than 3 experiences after your last degree to be part of the program
* Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (as Intern/Apprentice)
* Education : University Degree or Master in Business School, specialization in Marketing or design, art….
* Languages : Spanish & English mandatory, French would be a plus.
