Key Job Responsibilities
* Drive cloud usage growth and market share in the assigned territory
* Meet or exceed quarterly business goals
* Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan
* Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
* Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
* Manage and support customer interactions
* Develop long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts
* Ensure customer satisfaction
* Work closely with customers in MEGS to promote AWS services in a defined territory or industry vertical and act as a trusted advisor for cloud adoption
* Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline and collaborate with partners to extend reach and promote adoption
* Orchestrate resources for execution, coordinating with Solutions Architect, Business Development Manager, Professional Service, Partner Manager, and global service team to execute plan

About the Team
The Korea MEGS team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the major Korean MEGS customers. We are helping the customers innovate and grow their own business based on cloud computing and AI.
Basic Qualifications
* 10+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives
* 7+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
Preferred Qualifications
* 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
* Experience developing detailed go‑to‑market plans
