At Astek, we are looking for a Performance Test Engineer to lead the implementation and automation of non-functional testing for a critical low-latency system.
Main responsibilities:
* Design and build automated non-functional testing frameworks
* Execute and analyze latency, capacity, and failover tests
* Identify and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems
* Analyze system behavior under high load and optimize performance
* Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
* Contribute to continuous improvement of performance testing strategies
Who are you?
* 5+ years of experience in performance testing / engineering
* Strong experience with non-functional testing and automation
* Deep understanding of low-latency systems and networking concepts
* Proven experience troubleshooting across network, OS, and application layers
* English: Full professional proficiency
