Global Brand Identity Manager

Our purpose is to make the experience of travel better for everyone, everywhere – and to help us make that happen we’re looking for a smart, strategic Brand Identity Manager to join the Global Brand team.
It’s an exciting role for a mid-career design professional to manage corporate brand identity at a truly global scale.
In this role you’ll need a small design team that:
1. Manages and nurtures our visual brand assets and standards to position us as a global technology leader for travel
2. Provides creative guidance and coaching to help colleagues and agencies make the most of our identity for different audiences, channels and objectives
3. Provides governance to make sure our identity standards are implemented expertly and consistently
4. Executes select creative projects to establish new best practices and enrich our library of assets and guidelines
5. Builds a unified visual design culture across our company’s creative teams
We’re looking for applicants that have:
6. 5+ years in a senior creative design role with a deep interest in strategic brand management
7. A strong portfolio showing how you’ve created or implemented B2B brands across digital and physical channels
8. Full professional proficiency with Adobe creative software
9. A well-balanced creative and business mindset
10. Outstanding collaboration, communication, presentation and influencing skills at all levels of seniority and across cultures
11. Excellent time and project management skills
12. Excellent spoken and written English; other languages are a plus
