Role Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and experienced [Job Title] to lead our [scope]. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced global environment and can [expectation].


Key Responsibilities:

* Research, identify, and approach potential advertisers, brands, and media agencies in Spain and wider European markets.
* Assist with lead generation, client outreach, proposal preparation, and follow-ups.
* Help prepare tailored media solutions, sales presentations, and case studies.
* Conduct market and competitive research to support the sales strategy.
* Keep CRM tools updated with prospect and client interactions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.


Requirements:

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
* Native or fluent in Spanish, with strong proficiency in English.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working remotely.
* A keen interest in digital advertising, programmatic media, or marketing technology.


Compensation & Benefits:

* A monthly allowance to cover basic expenses (e.g., meals, internet).
* Performance-based bonuses for successful client engagements and deals.
* Annual Leave: 20 working days paid leave per year (pro-rated) + local public holidays
* Remote Work: Fully remote with reasonable overlap hours; occasional travel budget if needed
