Job Summary:
The Tour Delivery Manager develops and manages regional tour manager teams to deliver an exceptional on-tour experience. This role focuses on recruitment, training, development, and collaboration with the product team to ensure Collette brand standards are met.
Primary Functions:
* Hiring/Recruitment: Develop an annual strategy to source top candidates and support business growth by meeting excellence standards.
* Training and Team Development: Evolve training strategies through individual and team needs, using various models and on-the-road coaching and training. Conduct tour prep and briefing for new and existing tour managers and assist with issue resolution when necessary.
* Performance Management: Manage team members to achieve established metrics tied to customer feedback. Identify training opportunities and resources.
* Support Product Design and Marketing Initiatives: Support tour enhancements and marketing content through input from the regional team.
* This position requires some travel (estimated 4 tours per year).
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Improve operational processes and efficiencies to support tour managers, product enhancements, and emergency services protocols.
Knowledge and Skills:
* 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to engage with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Must be able to speak Portuguese or Spanish fluently.
