Position Overview

We’re hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives to provide outstanding support in both English and Spanish. If you’re fluent in both languages and enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you!

Position Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish.
* Translate and communicate clearly across both languages.
* Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
* Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions.
* Meet daily and monthly performance goals.
Candidate Qualifications

* Must be 18 years or older.
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
* Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Prior experience in a bilingual customer service role is preferred.

Physical Requirements
This role operates in a professional office environment. Employees will be largely sedentary, sitting/standing for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. Occasional movement around the office, reaching, lifting objects up to 40 pounds, and operating office equipment may be required.
