We are revolutionizing the online ad-serving industry for advertisers, publishers, and networks alike and are seeking to recruit a Senior Performance Media Buyer for our Barcelona office.Role As Senior Performance Media Buyer, you will work with global performance-based online advertisers across a wide variety of verticals within the adult entertainment industry. You will actively create, monitor and optimize campaigns for a portfolio of clients (both assigned and newly qualified leads) with a particular focus on effective inventory monetization, delivering a first-class service and sharing best practices within the various internal departments. Your daily tasks will also involve data analysis, preparing strategic client reports, proposals and contracts. Together with a cross functional team, you will participate in development on new products and new marketing angles. As a top-notch media buyer you should educate and coach new media buyers in developing advertising strategies and campaigns. You will report to your Head of Media buying.Responsibilities Media buy on CPM, CPC, and CPV pricing models to back into CPA goalsSetup, manage and optimize campaigns using Exoclick Ad platformUse of internal tools, systems and processes to keep a daily track of client development and expansionProspect and identify new potential direct response advertisersDaily spend/revenue monitoringEffective client relationship management, dealing with internal/external conflicts and collate best practice examples of reporting, client feedback and case studiesProven technical capabilities and understanding, including basic skills in the editing of landing pages (HTML), use of tracking pixels and creative optimizationClose interaction with Business Intelligence, Business Development teams in order to interpret market insights, client data, and be able to react quickly and implement this back into the businessEffective management of your clients on performance versus target and company growth strategiesSupport and coach existing and new employees. Help Performance team members by providing additional steps and resources that help employees move ahead with confidenceCollaborate with multiple departments in creation of documentation, educational material, case studiesDevelop and incorporate new marketing angles in the user flows. Guide the marketing team on how to implement them in the marketing materialParticipate in establishment and improvement of relevant processes of the departmentTake responsibility and accountability over new products and projects within the departmentProfile You have a solid working knowledge of the digital performance and affiliate marketing ecosystems, and understand the general needs of online advertisers and publishersVery detail-oriented with a meticulous approach and be able to manage multiple campaigns successfullyExcellent time management and organizational skillsMoney conscious with an innovative approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environmentProactive, a strong communicator and confident with pitching new opportunities to external clientsAnalytical mind, good with calculations and statistical interpretationProblem-solving attitudeInterest in following advertising and media trendsRequirements +4 years minimum experience in the online advertising industry as a media buyerPrevious developing effective media buying strategiesExperience managing 6 digit campaigns directly for product owners or affiliate networksWe will value any experience as a media buyer or traffic manager.
