YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
The AXA Group Headquarters (GIE AXA) coordinates and supports our subsidiaries worldwide. It brings together approximately 1,000 employees from 45 nationalities, fostering an international culture.
Within the Group, you will join the Group Tax Department (GTD), which includes 11 professionals and two trainees under the Global Head of Tax. The tax analyst reports to the Group Head of Tax accounting and reporting. GTD is split into an advisory team focused on international topics and a team dealing with tax accounting and transparency. You will be part of the Advisory tax team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze tax impacts on IFRS accounts globally and prepare country‑by‑country reporting.
- Prepare the transparency report for AXA Group and respond to questionnaires on transparency topics.
- Contribute to Pillar 2 (globally minimum tax) calculations and analysis.
- Assist entities and GIE departments with tax accounting topics.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of IT tools for tax accounting needs.
- Enhance tax transparency compliance processes and advance the process and presentation around tax accounting topics.
Additionally, an appetite for transformation projects, internal audit, and tool proficiency is required.
Qualifications
- Strong IFRS, tax, and accounting skills; international tax rules, consolidation, and finance knowledge.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple topics under pressure while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Experience working in international teams; strong communication, service orientation, pragmatic approach, analytical ability, and results‑focused mindset.
- Proficiency in IT tools, database, Excel, and PowerPoint; enthusiasm for exploring new technologies (e.g., AI).
- Fluent in English (oral and written) and knowledgeable in a third language, in addition to French.
