As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be one of the first hires into the European sales team - owning and driving complex, high-value sales cycles with some of the largest organisations across Spain and neighbouring regions.
This is a consultative, high-impact sales role involving C-level engagement, multi-stakeholder selling, and helping enterprise clients solve mission-critical challenges.
Own the full sales cycle, engaging senior stakeholders across enterprise organisations
Manage long, complex sales processes involving multiple decision-makers and procurement layers
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outbound activity and support from BDRs and marketing
Contribute to the development of the European GTM strategy and sales culture
Use leading sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.) to run a high-performing, data-driven process
You build trusted relationships with C-level executives and play a key role in defining the sales motion across Southern Europe.
3+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive in a SaaS business
~ DevOps, engineering, or infrastructure teams)
~ Comfortable executing a structured sales playbook and working within a high-performance team
~ Strong understanding of MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies
~ Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
