What About the Salary?
We offer a base salary + uncapped commissions, which means your earning potential is truly unlimited .
* Average performers earn around €35k in their first year (base + commission)
* By year two, earnings typically rise to €50k
* Top performers can achieve €80k+ annually

Who Are You?
* You have 1 – 5 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, Trainee Sales Representative, Customer Success Associate, Inside Sales Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Development Associate, Sales Coordinator, or similar
* You’re ready to relocate to Malta and start an exciting international career.
* You’re motivated by clear targets and enjoy the satisfaction of hitting - and exceeding - your goals.
* You love interacting with people and building relationships over the phone.
