Responsabilidades
* 3-5 years of CRM experience in e-commerce or digital businesses
* Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Bloomreach, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable)
* Comfort with using AI tools in daily work
* Strong understanding of strategy, lifecycle marketing, and customer segmentation (e.G., RFM)
* Familiarity with UX & CRM KPIs and how to measure performance
* Test-and-learn mindset with data-driven iteration
* Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Clear communicator with a user-first mindset and attention to detail
* Ability to collaborate with data science and AI teams to integrate AI into CRM and UX processes
