Cyber & Information Security Officer
Location: Hyderabad, India; Madrid, Spain; Sao Paolo, Brazil (Hybrid)
Are you passionate about cyber and information security? We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our Cluster Cyber Security within the Infrastructure & Cyber Security unit.
In this role, you will assist with day-to-day activities and provide valuable advice on the latest trends and developments in cyber and information security. Your contributions will strengthen the unit and cluster by offering proactive advice on all cyber and information security-related topics and services. Key Responsibilities
1. Support and guide the definition and execution of the company's multi-year cyber security programs and investment roadmap, including awareness and behavior programs.
2. Ensure effective company-wide cyber and information security organization and governance.
3. Orchestrate identify, detect, and response capabilities, coordinate major CS incidents, and engage in cyber-attack simulations.
4. Identify, assess, prioritize, and monitor current and future cyber & information security risks throughout the full supply chain, including third parties, and design appropriate risk responses.
5. Support compliance with regulations and standards for information security.
6. Validate the effectiveness of cyber security controls and intervene or advise as needed.

1. Navigate a continuously evolving cyber and information security threat landscape with growing business dependency on digital technologies.
2. Operate in a domain with increasing complexity and high-impact risks to information assets and operational sustainability.
3. Manage the complexity of an international and multi-cultural environment, communicating security and risk concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Balance achieving 100% protection with required investments, using a risk-based approach aligned with the company's risk appetite.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar.
* CISSP or equivalent certification.
* Experience with NIST framework and IEC-62443 standard.
* At least 7 years of practical experience in a large enterprise.
* Proven experience managing outsourced cyber security services.
* Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent storytelling skills for presenting cyber and risk concepts.
