Job Description
We are seeking a talented Remote Support Engineer to join our team at Philips Iberica SA. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional technical support for our healthcare software solutions.
Your Role:
* Support our Emergency Medical Record (ICCA) and Care Management Software used in A&E & ICU departments.
* Act as 1st line support by qualifying customer calls, finding technical resolutions to application problems, and escalating to 2nd/3rd line when needed.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by providing regular and timely communication, excellent prioritization of calls and tasks, and product training.
* Provide quality documentation and reporting, and share subject matter knowledge with colleagues.
You're Right for This Role If:
* You have a technical background with experience providing Application/Software Support ideally to the healthcare industry, or with a willingness to embrace clinical solutions.
* You are bachelor's degree educated in computer science or medical informatics, or equivalent.
* Your Technical Skills Include:
* Windows Server
* SQL Server 2012+ including query execution capabilities
* Networking
* Ideal HL7, FHIR understanding, and Clinical/Hospital Patient Workflow awareness
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Reliability, commitment, and confident demeanor; strong cross-departmental teamwork abilities.
* Fluency in Spanish and English.
