Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.Responsibilities:
Optimize service operations processes and support systems to reduce operational workload, enhance reporting/forecasting transparency, and track SLAs.Manage project scope, timelines, and communications as a Project Manager.Work with service owners, product owners, and delivery teams to identify project requirements and ensure objectives are met.Manage operational tasks for the Service Operations Platforms.Support daily operations and onboarding/training of Production Partners.Experience:
Background in Project Management and Business Analysis within the IT sector.Knowledge of service operations processes, including global, customer-centric scenarios, process mapping, and requirements gathering.Experience with service operation tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.Excellent Excel skills and experience working in SCRUM environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.What We Offer:
