In this role you will lead a high-performance SDOPS team within the GITOPS function, shaping IT operations and service delivery. You will act as the “face of IT,” solving complex problems with empathy and using data to demonstrate impact. The role focuses on transformation, culture, and AI-enabled productivity to support the company’s digital objectives. You will work in a hybrid setup from Barcelona, driving cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement that strengthens the broader business.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in a leadership role within IT Operations or Service Management
• Ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Excellent communication skills to translate operational strategy to diverse stakeholders
• Experience with xpzdshu budget management and improving performance in fast-paced digital settings
• Data-fluent with strong analytics; able to derive actionable insights from data
• Strong drive and accountability to meet ambitious operational objectives
• Fluent English
