Tech Business Analyst – Credit Risk (BA/PO Risk)

Agile, Jira, CI/CD, DevOps.
Act as the link between business and technology, defining, refining, and delivering solutions across risk and core banking platforms. Ensure clear requirements, proper design, and high-quality implementation in an agile, international setup.
Partner with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Architecture across the SDLC.
Validate features, support releases, and assist with UAT.
Analyze logs, run basic SQL, review data models, and assess defects.
4+ years tech-functional experience in banking.
~ Credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian)
~ AML/KYC, Collections
~ Experience in digital transformation (front/back-end).
~ Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Jira/Confluence, CI/CD and DevOps exposure.
Data governance/quality, BPMN, REST APIs, Postman/Fiddler, observability.
Agile certifications (PSM/PSPO/SAFe).
