**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide expert technical guidance and support for **Microsoft 365 Apps**, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Office Apps, both remotely and on-site when required.
- Support customers with **deployment, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting**of Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise.
- Deliver **technical workshops, training sessions, and webinars**to educate customers on best practices, new features, and adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Office Apps within customer environments.
- Guide customers in modernizing legacy solutions and adopting cloud-based approaches.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 updates and proactively recommend improvements and optimizations.
Qualification
- Customer-facing technical consulting experience, with strong communication skills to engage technical, non-technical, and leadership stakeholders.
- Workplace productivity and collaboration solutions, including integration with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office Online Server.
- Automation and extensibility capabilities, such as PowerShell, Office Scripts, and VBA/ Macros to optimize and streamline user workflows.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to independently diagnose issues and deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
