We are on the search of a dynamic and ambitious Account executive to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in Barcelona (RevOps space).

They are strengthening their sales team to better understand where they win, where they lose, and how to scale a more predictable and efficient sales motion across different European markets.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong SDR expertise and has recently transitioned into an Account Executive position .

Responsibilities:

• Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals.

• Develop and execute targeted outbound strategies, including building and working structured lists of potential target accounts.

• Conduct high-volume outreach combined with multichannel prospecting.

• Contribute to the development and refinement of playbooks, helping the team scale.

• Work closely with the broader sales team to ensure deal progression and consistent closing standards .

• Maintain a collaborative mindset, sharing insights about customer feedback, objections, win/loss patterns.

• Operate across Spanish and international markets, depending on the role’s focus.

Requirements:

• SDR background with proven experience in outbound prospecting and SaaS.

1–3 years of experience as an Account Executive.

• Comfortable operating in a full-cycle sales role, including prospecting, qualification, demos, and closing.

• High energy and resilience. Strong curiosity and analytical thinking to understand customer behaviour and buying patterns .

• Team oriented and comfortable with ambiguity.

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
