Job Summary
Contribute to the success of the organization and sales distribution site by effectively using sales techniques and processes to convert prospective owners into purchasers as well as reload Owners. Develop relationships with prospective owners by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads. Cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner, and follow through with the sales contract process to ensure that all required paperwork and legally required documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain the customer relationship after the sale is complete to ensure continued owner satisfaction and to develop future business opportunities (i.e., reloads, referrals, additional sales).
Candidate Profile
Education and Experience
* High school diploma or GED
* Proficiency in English
* Maintain an active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law
Preferred
* One-year related experience
Successful Candidates Will Be Willing To
* Work weekends and holidays as required by business needs
Job Specific Tasks
Building and Maintaining Customer Base
* Answer owner questions regarding properties and amenities; make recommendations based on owner background.
* Follow up on referrals/leads from owners.
* Fulfill requests from owners or prospects regarding pricing, maps, descriptions, and portfolio information.
* Monitor owner satisfaction, inform about promotions, and develop business opportunities.
* Maintain records on customer contacts for effective follow-up.
* Monitor contract processing to minimize rescissions and ensure timely closings.
Giving Sales Presentations
* Follow the Consultative Sales Process during presentations.
* Establish trust and rapport with prospects.
* Discover needs through strategic questioning and customize presentations accordingly.
* Provide tours and explain product features, advantages, and benefits.
* Complete and close sales contracts with all necessary documentation.
* Develop and refine sales scripts and presentations.
* Ensure understanding of finance options and present them effectively.
* Prepare for appointments thoroughly.
* Follow up with guests via email, phone, or mail.
* Address questions about product, services, and financing.
* Coordinate virtual tours using eTour software.
Conducting and Managing Business Transactions
* Ensure accurate processing of sales documents.
* Review contract details with buyers.
* Review loan applications and financial documents.
* Work with management to minimize cancellations and ensure timely closings.
* Analyze problems and develop strategies to overcome challenges.
* Complete purchase worksheets post-sale.
* Engage legacy and repeat owners for upgrades and reloads.
Providing Service to Others
* Respond promptly to inquiries with accurate information.
* Leverage resources for excellent service.
Other Responsibilities
* Attend meetings, training, and appointments punctually.
