The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a passionate and curious eCom intern based in Barcelona to join one of our critical pillars of the commercial team for at least 6 months long internship. The person will help to ensure the right product availability at Amazon, pivoting between supply chain and commercial functions and will be included in planning and execution of our shipping plans in a fast paced international environment.

What Your Impact Will Be:
Some of your main responsibilities will be:
* Support in planning, execution and optimization of various projects within a regional sales team
* analyzing sales, market & supply chain data to propose recommendations to the team
* Creating, improving and sharing regular reportings with wide range of internal and some, external stakeholders
* Participating in brainstorming sessions, meetings, and cross-functional projects to foster creativity and collaboration.
* Working on presentations to share findings with a wider team
* Collaboration with various teams across Mattel; including Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree, in Marketing or related fields.
* Previous experience in Marketing, ideally in Digital or E-Commerce is valued.
* Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel,Word, PowerPoint and Project).
* Strong analytical skills
* Independent, reliable and pro active way of working.
* Learning agility & creativity skills.
* Organizational skills & attention to details.
* Curiosity and eager to challenge the status quo.
* Team player.
