Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SEO Growth Hacker with inbound marketing expertise to generate leads. You will design and execute strategies related to SEO, branding, and content to maximize the volume of qualified leads captured organically. Additionally, you will manage external teams conducting paid media campaigns on channels like LinkedIn Ads, Bing, and Meta.
The ideal candidate has experience in lead generation activities, a focus on revenue generation, and the ability to work independently.
Main responsibilities:
* Identify new business opportunities.
* Develop and implement marketing plans (inbound strategy, SEO, link building, content creation), considering available budget and resources.
* Set and be responsible for ambitious OKRs and measure the ROI of each action.
* Manage stakeholders (developers, agencies, paid media, CRO).
* Optimize conversion rates from visits to leads through AB testing.
* Analyze web data to derive insights.
* Create CTAs and improve their conversion.
* Define and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
* Prioritize and implement initiatives to distribute high-quality content across various media.
* Write and optimize content focused on conversion, often in collaboration with experts.
* Ensure quality, relevance, and performance of existing content, verifying they meet standards and attract commercial interest.
Technical skills:
* Proven results in SEO growth (+30% YoY).
* Advanced knowledge of SEO (keyword research, link building) and search algorithm updates.
* Ability to work independently.
* Valuable experience in paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta).
* General knowledge of digital marketing (CRO, UX, analytics).
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush).
* Experience in multichannel lead generation (Google, SEO, social media, webinars).
Formal requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing: demand generation and/or SEO.
* Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
* Experience in marketing agencies or SaaS.
* Language: Spanish and English at B2 level.
* Minimum education: High School diploma.
* Residency in Barcelona.

* Salary: €28,000 gross annually + potential bonus of up to €2,000.
