Customer Service Representatives

Madrid ! What you’ll do
Provide top‑notch customer service in
Portuguese, English and Spanish ; via phone and email, to clients of a renowned luxury car brand. What we offer
On‑the‑job training
included in your contract. Competitive salary
according to the teleoperator category + language bonus
(€22.500 gross per year). Full‑time contract (39hs)
with a schedule from 9am – 7pm. Monday to Friday schedule
– enjoy your weekends off! Hybrid modality:
On‑site 3 days (at the client's offices based in Madrid) and 2 days per week. What we need
Native or bilingual level in Portuguese (PT). Advanced English and Spanish. Experience in
technical support, ideally within the
technology sector
due to the nature of the terminology used (automotive experience is not mandatory). Experience with social media
is a plus. Residence in Madridis mandatory
