Your primary mission is to deliver Onapsis products and services while maximizing customer value and satisfaction. This individual is a security expert who has experience with SAP ABAP, SAP BASIS and/or SAP security and reports to the Director of Professional Services.**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:- Deliver world class Onapsis Products and services- Lead troubleshooting efforts related to ABAP/Hana code, SAP Basis and SAP security issues- Function as escalation point on advanced ABAP related requests- Work well across all departments, including Customr Experience, Product Management, Engineering and Sales- Perform onsite and remote implementations- Deliver training/enablement to customer and partners- Perform challenging vulnerability assessment projects- Communicate the customer experience effectively to technical and product teams within Onapsis- Conduct presentations and workshops with business executives- Be proactive and manage deadlines- Act as customer's Onapsis Subject Matter Expert- Translate customer's abap, basis and security controls to Onapsis configuration**Required Skills and Experience**:- Bachelors in Technical Discipline or equivalent experience- Knowledge of security principles and secure development practices- 3+ years of technical engineering and/or services and support- Knowledge of ABAP best practices- Experience with RFC functions- Excellent soft skills - Strong customer management skills- Excellent communication skills - ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members and management- Ability to work independently with limited oversight- SAP Authorization Concept**What You'll get**:- Flexible work options- Competitive Total Reward Packages, including compensation, benefits, and stock options- The space to learn and grow as part of Onapsis' rapidly growing tribeLI-Remote
