About the Role
Your role is crucial in ensuring our new international clients receive the superior support required for successful adoption and repeat use of our products.
Your Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Support
Collaborate with our SME merchants to support them throughout the application process for business financing.
Clearly explain our flexible financing options and answer all merchant questions from inquiry to funding.
Handle daily communication with business owners via all channels (phone, email, chat) to ensure applications move swiftly to a decision and funding.
Maintain the highest standards of B2B client service.
Client Retention & Customer Experience
Manage and support the pipeline of merchants, aiming for high financing closing rates and consistently meeting individual targets.
Offer advisory services at various stages of the customer life cycle, supporting our culture of simplicity and reliability.
Champion the development of a pro-client culture focusing on outstanding User Experience and Customer Experience.
The Ideal Candidate will possess:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer support or service roles (e.g., contact center, customer support office).
Language Fluency (Mandatory): Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
