What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a
Production & Logistics Improvement Consultant
with solid experience in automotive environments. If you are a skilled professional with strong analytical capabilities, a hands‑on mindset, and you are ready to take on new operational challenges across different plants, we would love to meet you!
Location:
United Kingdom 70% and Germany 30%
Contract:
Freelance mission preferred (FMA)
Duration:
Initial 3 months, with a
high probability of long-term extension
due to the number of plants involved.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct diagnostics and detailed analysis of production/shopfloor and logistics areas.
Perform root cause analysis and prepare clear reporting for critical situations.
Draft, present, and align improvement plans with plant stakeholders.
Deploy improvement plans and ensure proper follow‑up to secure execution.
Requirements
Strong understanding of operations and departments within a production company.
Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and in demanding environments.
Experience in development and planning within the automotive sector.
Availability to travel across multiple plants.
Automotive background required (preferably production;
consultancy experience is a plus).
Language skills:
English and German
